What's in the curries 

Our delicious curries are prepared in small batches to ensure that the depth of flavours are maintained. 

We aim to pick only the freshest of vegetables in our cooking before seasoning it accordingly. Whilst we have a certain level of control in managing the products from our suppliers, it is in our utmost intent that the core characteristics of the curries are never compromised.

Vegetable Curry 

Potatoes, carrots, fine green beans, sweetcorn, peas, onions, mushrooms, red peppers.

Ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper. 

Garlic, shallots, fresh chillies, lemongrass, freshly squeezed lemon juice, palm sugar, corriander.

Coconut milk, creamed coconut, vegetable stock, tomato puree,

rapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce.

Chicken Curry 

Chicken thigh pieces, potatoes, carrots, fine green beans, onions, sweetcorn, mushrooms,

red peppers.

 

Ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper. 

Garlic, shallots, fresh chillies, lemongrass, freshly squeezed lemon juice, palm sugar, corriander.

 

Coconut milk, creamed coconut, vegetable stock, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce.

Beef Rendang

Diced beef

Ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper. 

Garlic, shallots, fresh chillies, lemongrass, freshly squeezed lemon juice, palm sugar, corriander.

Coconut milk, creamed coconut, vegetable stock, tomato puree,

rapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce,

sweet soy sauce. 

All curries are served with fragrant jasmine rice
